HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
Integrative thereputic style
Anxiety. Depression. Sadness. Trauma. Feeling stuck. Hopelessness. All emotions that most of us have experienced at one time or another. No one wakes up one day feeling “stuck” or weighed down by depression. It began somewhere. But where? And Why? Some questions are easy to answer, some not so much. Does any of this sound familiar?
I believe that all individuals have the capacity to heal, change, and grow. Life is not always easy, and there are times when we are faced with the unexpected, such as a loss or trauma. There are also times in life when we feel stuck, or times when we just find ourselves overwhelmed with the everyday stress of life in a way that impacts our mental health. Whether facing life challenges, or a mental health concern an outside perspective can help us gain new insight, heal, and overcome any barriers that appear to be holding us back in our life. It is my goal to help you heal, grow, and connect to the internal wisdom that is already within you.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a
“Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much
your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059
